John’s October 2nd report really does say it all in terms of conditions etc. so if you haven’t read it, just click here! We have been continuing to grind it out in the mid and lower sections seeking quality over quantity and while it’s not always easy, it is paying off with some nice new arrivals in a few of the pools and runs…
It’s looking like this will be one of those years where we will continue to find good ones for quite some time yet, but as a reminder, if anyone is interested, I have the 15th to the 20th blocked off for King trips, but those dates can be made available if you are interested in looking for Steelhead and/or Cohos in the lower river. (Also happy to just take those days to rest, reset and maybe fish for myself a bit! 😉)
If a picture speaks a thousand words, I guess this will be a fairly long report with a few of the highlights I’ve not yet posted, but I don’t have much more to add on the typing end except for my usual and very sincere thanks to all of you for your business in the shop, at the motel or in our boats! Please stop by and see us if you get a chance and enjoy the rest of the fall. -Steve-
