Hi guys, We got a nice big push of fish since the last report and a nice big push of water to go with it! Pretty tough wading conditions at least in the mid to lower river over the past two days, but it looked to be going down as the day wore on yesterday and I expect great conditions for the weekend... Not all fish are on gravel just yet, but until the water comes back down and clears up a bit more it's tough to get any concentrations in the pools and gravel areas are producing the best action.

There are plenty of fish moving in, out and around the gravel pockets as well as the ones actively spawning and some very nice trout as well as a number of Steelhead have been caught and or hooked and lost over the past few days. I am ready to switch gears and look for Steelhead at a moment's notice, but we should have some great King action well into the latter part of October this year as well and our calendar opens up a bit right around the middle of the month. Give the shop a call to check on open dates for guide trips or the Motel, it's starting to look like this may be a banner fall for Steelies and we've got some terrific dates open for that!

I've got to cut this short and get out on the water, but as always, a huge thanks to all of you that have been out with me recently or shown support to BBT in any way! We've had some really fun trips with "the regulars" as well as some great times with a few new guys this year and look forward to seeing all of you again. Here's just a few shots of a few recent outings...

Kevin, Steve and I had a fine day...

On the 29th we caught some Kings, but a couple of the Browns made the day!

A nice hen from yesterday.

Tight lines all,
Steve
